SHIPPING
All merchandise is shipped from our Montreal based office. We try to make every client happy with fast shipping and courteous customer care. Depending on the kind of purchase you have, the shipping dates will vary:
· For a purchase of an in-stock blank jersey we will ship it the same day that the payment and order is verified.
· For a purchase of a jersey with personal customization or with a set number kit (i.e. Gretzky, Lemieux…), we will ship within 7 days once the payment and order is verified.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping delay can vary depending on the destination. UPS typically delivers 2 to 10 days from the shipment date. We will promise to do all that we can to ensure that your custom papers are in order and that you will not be billed for any additional duty charges; we cannot however be held responsible for cases that do incur additional taxes and duties. (We will not declare a value other than what it would cost us to replace the jersey.)
We are trying to be fair in our shipping practices by offering a flat rate for worldwide shipping and a domestic flat rate. However some locations cannot be covered by these rates. If we receive your order and we realize that your shipping address will cost a lot more than you paid then we will contact you to make other arrangements.
RETURNS
In the unfortunate event of a return, they will be handled on a case-by-case basis. In the situation of a return, we ask that you email us before shipping anything back so that we may discuss and review the problem. 20 West will refund all shipping charges and the cost of the jersey if it is decided that we are at fault. We cannot accept returns of personally customized jerseys unless there is a manufacturer’s defect.
