Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: For now, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Paypal. WE DO NOT ACCEPT: Cashiers
Checks, Money Orders, or C.O.D.’s
Q: When will I get my jersey?
A: All blank jerseys will be shipped the same day that your order is paid for and verified. All professional player jerseys will be shipped within 7 days of payment and verification. All personalized jerseys will be shipped within 7 days of payment and verification. PLEASE NOTE that shipping time can vary depending where you live and the acceptance at customs. UPS typically delivers within 2 to 10 days from the shipment date.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: We offer a $5 USD Handling Fee and a $5 USD shipping charge for each jersey sold to USA and Canada (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). In the past, we have sold to many Western European Countries and have charged a flat rate of $35 USD. This price is subject to change depending on the individual addresses; for example, shipping to smaller town may cost more. In these cases, we will always contact the client before charging or shipping anything to ensure your satisfaction.
We are trying to be fair in our shipping practices by offering a flat rate for worldwide shipping and a domestic flat rate. However some locations cannot be covered by these rates. If we receive your order and we realize that your shipping address will cost a lot more than you paid then we will contact you to make other arrangements.
Q: Are there customs charges if I order from outside of Canada?
A: Usually, the orders are shipped and received without any additional duties or taxes charged. Unfortunately, this does not happens all the time and some Countries, including USA, will charge extra for goods that are imported from Canada. It is a shame, but 20 West has not control over this and does not accept any responsibility for any charges that may apply.
Q: What if the jersey I want is not in stock?
A: We can contact our supplier to see if and when we could get it for you. Once we know, we will email or call you right away to make sure you are up to date on everything.
Q: How are the Names and Numbers put on the Jerseys?
A: We at 20West, pride ourselves on making sure that the quality of our jerseys are as close the Pro Jerseys as possible. Therefore, we use the same twill fabric for the Names and Numbers as is used on the professional jerseys. When placing the Name and Numbers on our jerseys, we fuse each color together, sew each layer, fuse them to the jerseys and then sew the Names and Numbers to the jerseys to maintain stability.
Q: What is the difference between an Authentic Jersey and an Authentic Replica Jersey?
A: There are so many web sites out there trying to sell you jerseys that are made from manufacturers that are not officially licensed and do not take the quality of the jersey seriously. In those cases, you will also find that the names and numbers are not the same fonts, styles, colors etc. We want to make sure that our clients know right from the start that our jerseys are Official, and we take great lengths to ensure that our names and numbers are as close to the pro-jerseys as possible.
